No room for error as Trinity and NU battle for survival

ONE team is about to go when winless teams CD14 Designs-Trinity and SMDC-NU duel in the 2019 PBA D-League Monday at JCSGO Gym in Cubao.

Things haven't been easy for the White Stallions and the Bulldogs this season, ranking at the bottom fourths in scoring, with the former scoring 68.4 points per outing and the latter going for 72.4 points per game.

That's why it's no surprise that both teams have yet to crack the winning column through five games, a goal which one of them will definitely be able to do in this clash.

CD14 Designs-Trinity was on the receiving end once again in a 93-69 defeat against CEU two weeks back.

Meanwhile, Dave Ildefonso's 30-point output once again went down the drain as SMDC-NU fell to Metropac-San Beda, 94-86 last Monday.

Those, however, are already a thing of the past as both White Stallions coach Alvin Grey and Bulldogs mentor Jamike Jarin are intent on putting a stop to their struggles.
