Saints try to stay unscathed, Titans seek to end 3-game slump

ST. CLARE College-Virtual Reality eyes a share of the pole position in the Aspirants Group when it battles cellar dwelling Family Mart-Enderun Thursday in the 2019 PBA D-League at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The Saints have been playing superb this early, racking up three straight wins, including an 80-73 victory over Batangas-EAC on Monday.

For coach Jinino Manansala, their early success has something to with the heads up play veterans Junjie Hallare and Irven Palencia. The Saints are holding on a 3-0 record.

Pitting the Saints against the Enderun Titans promises an interesting encounter, though. These two teams met in the last NAASCU Finals.

The Titans are winless in three games and want nothing more than to regain self-respect in the 2p.m. duel.
