44 prospects show potentials in 2017 Gatorade PBA Rookie Draft Combine

Forty-four neophytes have heeded the call and will take their next step in making it to the pros as they partake in the 2017 Gatorade PBA Draft Combine.

Applicants converge on the two-day event at Gatorade Hoops Center in Shaw starting on Monday as they try to make last ditch efforts on impressing coaches and scouts in attendance to go up the draft board and get themselves picked.

Day one will see the aspirants take anthropometry and other performance and skills tests, before being grouped to six teams of seven or eight in a mini-tournament in day two.

Coaches from all 12 PBA teams are expected to be in attendance, keeping an eye to potential prospects that nay come their way come draft day.

Attendance in the said combine is a requirement for all rookies for them to progress in the final list of applicants.

Other blue chip player expected to make the first round are Fil-foreign hopefuls Jason Perkins and Devon Potts, Raymar Jose and Jeron Teng.
