Jun Mar Fajardo, Marc Pingris turn to DOTA to stay active

Marc Pingris and his bosom buddy June Mar Fajardo have turned their attention to playing DOTA to stay active while the nation in under quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pingris and Fajardo had been playing DOTA together for several years now and the temporary PBA break allowed them to renew their partnership.

For Fajardo, the reigning six-time Most Valuable Player, his favorite pastime enables him to overcome boredom while he recovers from a fractured leg injury that could sideline him for most part of the season.

As for Pingris, the online game gives him and Fajardo the opportunity to keep their ties at a time when social distancing is required from everyone.

Besides playing with Fajardo, the veteran forward and many-time All-Defensive Team member also keeps himself fit by joining wife Danica and their house personnel in zumba sessions.

(RJ)
