Pingris, Fajardo play DOTA for worthwhile cause

MARC Pingris and June Mar Fajardo are making good use of their spare time playing DOTA together.

Pingris disclosed of raising at least P1 million for the benefit of the UP Medical Foundation which is among those in the frontline to help the country survive the effect of the dreaded coronavirus.

The Magnolia Hotshot veteran and the league's six-time MVP have been known to be active DOTA players for a long time now, and Pingris couldn't have chosen a perfect time to turn their favorite past time for a good cause.

"Sali na. Meron na tayong magagawa, masusuportahan pa natin ang #stayhome campaign ng DOH at makakatulong pa tayo sa #frontliners," Pingris posted in his Instagram account.

Also joining the two bosom buddies in the esports project dubbed 'Lockdown Games' are PBA players Japeth Aguilar of Barangay Ginebra and NLEX's Kiefer Ravena.
