Tickets for Game 5 available at TICKETNET and SM outlets

Tickets for Game 5 of the PBA Governors' Cup championship series between Barangay Ginebra and Meralco are available at Ticketnet and SM outlets.

Game 5 of the best of seven series will be played at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan. The defending champion Kings lead the series, 2-1.

TICKETNET and the SM outlets will start selling tickets at 5 p.m. on Thursday.

The league previously played twice in the 55,000 capacity playing venue, but this mark the first time a finals series will be held in the world's largest indoor arena inaugurated in 2014.

Games 6 and 7, if necessary, will also be held in the same venue and tickets also sold at Ticketnet and all SM outlets.

The PBA Commissioner's Office also announced that free rides will be provided to fans coming from the metro. Rides will be on a first come-first serve basis.

The Jam terminals in Buendia and Cubao have been designated as the pick-up and drop-off point. The service leaves for the Philippine Arena starting at 1:40 p.m. (Buendia terminal) and 2:20 p.m. (Cubao terminal).

This marks the third time the Kings are playing at Philippine Arena. The first time was during the opener of the league's 40th season three years ago against TnT Katropa and then opposite Manila Classico rival Star Hotshots in last year's feature game on Christmas Day.

The Kings-Katropa 2014 game drew a record crowd of 52,612 that witnessed Ginebra win by a mile, 101-81.

They likewise emerged victorious against the Hotshots in their 2016 Christmas Day match, 86-79.
